AMK visits The Cancer Center at Stonybrook with needed supplies.

Members of A Mothers Kiss recently visited The Cancer Center at University Hospital at Stonybrook bringing desperately needed supplies to the children's outpatient clinic.  This was part of a $5000 gift campaign that we have started with the clinic. 

We recognize that the children (and often their siblings) need diversional activities during the out-patient treatment process.  To help keep them occupied during the sometimes long hours, we brought X-Box, games, DVD players, cameras, coloring and craft supplies, and many other fun items to help make the hours in clinic fly by.  We are so  grateful for the support we receive so that we may  be able to help in ways like this.
